Whats Your Property Worth

First understand what the market is doing, and what buyers are paying for similar properties in your area.

I will consider what buyers are currently paying for similar properties by investigating recent sales of those properties.

I will review properties currently on sale that buyers will compare to your property (we’ll know your competition).

I will identify and market the unique features of your property that will make it stand out to provide a premium.
