Sue Hall

Licensed Salesperson*

With over 23 years’ experience, Sue's contribution to the industry is phenomenal.  There are not many market trends that Sue has not experienced.  Sue has endured many changes and yet she has still managed to secure outstanding results for her clients.

Sue's Real Estate career began in the 1990's when she joined Lodge Real Estate.  In her first year in the industry, Sue achieved "Rookie of the Year" and has consistently ranked as a top performing sales person, as well as appearing regularly in nationwide and regional Top 20's, since then.  This incredible achievement has Sue placed amongst New Zealand's leading Real Estate salespeople.

As honoured as Sue was and still is, to receive her accolades, the real meaning behind her commitment and hard work is what is most important to her.  It is what drives Sue every day.  The realisation that what she does makes a difference in her clients' lives, the impact it has on their future and in many cases, it actually assists people in realising their dreams.

There is nothing more exciting than sharing in the joy and excitement of selling a property, knowing that you have allowed the owners and the buyers to move on to another phase of their lives.  Whether it is a first home buyer or if it is helping someone to secure their dream home, the feeling of excitement is the same and I can’t get enough of it.

Unfortunately not all situations are exciting and joyful occasions and Sue is well experienced in dealing with sensitive situations, helping to make the process as easy as possible.

With numerous years of travel under her belt, Sue knows first-hand how lucky we are to live in such a wonderful and growing city as Hamilton.  “It is a fun place to live, for both work and pleasure, and from a real estate and investment point of view.  Hamilton has always held its own and remained constant”.

Sue’s reputation as a genuine industry leader and her innovative, forward thinking approach to Real Estate creates a service that is second to none, clearly evident by the amount of repeat and referral business that she receives.

Sue's personal yet professional approach will put you at ease in every aspect.  Selling in all suburbs of Hamilton and at all price levels, including Rototuna, Flagstaff, Woodridge, Callum Brae, Eaton Estate, Queenwood, Chartwell, Fairfield, Hillcrest, Hamilton Central, Hospital, Lake, Hamilton East, Glenview, Melville, Deanwell, Dinsdale, Frankton, Nawton, Western Heights, Grandview, St Andrews, Pukete, Te Rapa, Fairview Downs and every nook and cranny in between, let Sue’s experience, innovation, drive, commitment and personable approach work for you.

Annushka Lee

Licensed Salesperson*

Hi, I’m Annushka Lee.

In early May 2020, I joined Team Sue Hall at Lodge Real Estate. A team that sets the benchmark for Real Estate customer service in Hamilton, providing first class results, both for sellers and buyers.

I believe that I offer a skill-set and an eye for detail that others will find hard to match. I have a degree in Law so it’s fair to say that when it comes to paperwork and presentation, you can expect me to strive for perfection.

Make no mistake – I am in the Real Estate industry to get results and that translates to sales.

Despite this, I approach Real Estate “holistically” and that means that I always value my client base beyond the sale.

I’m highly mindful that all people in our dealings are integral part of both our network and community – It’s therefore important to me that each client feels valued and connected to me throughout the real estate process and beyond.

I understand that it’s likely that all people have their own expectations when it comes to service. Getting things right on my part depends on how well I’ve understood you, so I’ll seek to spend a good deal of time making myself available to you, asking the right questions from the outset.

Among my main aims, I strive to ensure the real estate journey is as streamlined and stress-free as possible for both seller and buyer, and the model of Team Sue Hall makes this easily manageable.

You’ll get a highly-personal experience when working with me – I thrive on positivity and believe this can be infectious. As an active community member, I want to regularly contribute to our neighbourhoods in meaningful and positive way.

It’s really exciting to be a part of Hamilton city right now – There is so much vibrancy, colour and development going on … That’s got to be good for the property market!

Call me today - Let’s make it all happen.
