"Great company, great resources and great people. Sue has managed to sell our house within only the two month period we agreed upon. The sale became unconditional within seven days and Sue managed to keep our lovely tenant in place, as we had promised them. Great job! Thank you Sue and your team. "

A solid 1960's home offering three bedrooms and a large, flat section in a popular Dinsdale cul-de-sac ... This home offers a kitchen / dining with the kitchen having been updated and a large, separate living area which opens out onto the deck where fun times can be enjoyed whilst relaxing in the sun. The large 614m2 (more or less) section is fully fenced and has loads of options to landscape further or to provide a great area for children and pets to play. There is also good garaging plus there is an extra space for a workshop and loads of off street parking. The home is also fully insulated. This property would make a great entry level home - It is well priced and meets lots of first home borrowing conditions! Alternatively, it would also make a great investment property which would attract good tenants and have a high occupancy. Zoned for Aberdeen school and located in popular Dinsdale, it is ideally situated to various levels of schooling, Hamilton Central, Dinsdale and Frankton Shopping Centres, Wintec and various recreation facilities. Prudent buyers should contact Sue to view 021 745-465.

The Work has Begun!

Spending was approved in 2017 and this week, work will start on the $10.7m refurbishment of Hamilton's Waterworld. Originally, most of the spending was earmarked to build a new pool however the complex was built in 1976 and it has had little spent on it since.
