"My reputation is your guarantee"

"Great company, great resources and great people. Sue has managed to sell our house within only the two month period we agreed upon. The sale became unconditional within seven days and Sue managed to keep our lovely tenant in place, as we had promised them. Great job! Thank you Sue and your team. "

"Just wanted to thank you for making the sale of 53 Carrington Avenue so seamless and stressless. My only regret is that we haven't actually met you yet! But we will make sure to come over and do that before long. Anyway, thanks again for all your great work on our behalf. "

Dear Sue

I would like to thankyou and your team for the expertise you provided in successfuly marketing and selling my house.  I enjoyed your unassuming but professional way of doing business.  I am over the moon with the price I received and I directly attribute that to the advice given throughout the entire process to the point when contracts were presented.  I ook forward to working with you in the future and would not hesitate to recomemnd you to others.  Once again, thanks to yourself and your team.

- Grant Russell

SUE HALL impresses me as an exceptional agent.  She was astute and aware of the property market, financial concerns and my needs.  As an astute listener she paid attention to my badly defined requirments.  She was relaxed patient and cheerful, when others would have been frustrated with me. I was frustrated with myself!  Her positive attitude when I was lacking faith that what I wanted was not out there, was another attribute she domonstrated.  However her integrity and outstanding Negotiating skills ere what really put the icing on the cake.  I am elated with the outcome and purchase.

Housing Minister Megan Woods has announced a reset of the KiwiBuild scheme. The target to construct 100,000 KiwiBuild homes in 10 years has been dropped. "We will be dropping the target of 100,000 houses over 10 years. It was overly ambitious and led to contracts being signed in places where there was little first home buyer demand", Woods said.
