Why Sue Hall? What others have to say:

Thank you Sue!  Once again you have been a fantastic help in finding us a new home - You knew which house was going to tick all the boxes for us!  You are just an awesome person to do business with.

- S & D Kendall

Selling a home at any time can be very stressful.  As overseas sellers, Sue made this process stress free, plus we had the added bonus of having our home sell within a matter of days.  We found Sue to be very helpful and professional in every aspect of the sale and we would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling their home.

- P & M Heke

Sue Hall was our Agent for Lodge.
She was very successful and got us a very good deal.
She is very sincere and is a lovely person to deal with.  My wife and I would recommend her as a first class, special agent.

- Maurice & Jean

I met Sue Hall a month ago and today, I heard the contract on the sale of my apartment has gone unconditional.
I am delighted with the result of Sue's work for me and also the positive approach she showed all the time.  She could not have been clearer in her suggestions (Which were backed up by first class photos and descriptions of the apartment)  nor kinder!
Sue's work was also appreciated by the others involved, as she made sure their interests too were honoured.
A great lady to work with.

We are absolutely delighted with our real estate journey with Sue.  Her very professional and personal approach made her an absolute delight to work with.  She is trustworthy and was accommodating to our needs which made for such an easy process.  We had complete confidence in Sue to bid on our behalf at auction and she came away with such an awesome result!
Thanks again Sue!

The Results are In - Who's the Fastest and Who's the Slowest?

You've got to move quickly in Invercargill if you want to buy a home.  Real estate in the southern-most city is among the fastest selling in the country, due to increased demand from first home buyers, real estate experts say.
