Our Reputation is Your Guarantee

Why Sue Hall? What others have to say:

Sue has helped us into two properties and has shown incredible knowledge and professionalism both times.  I truly wouldn't use anyone else!

- J Hooper

We engaged Sue Hall from a shortlist of three Real Estate Salespeople due to her confidence, that she would get buyers in the auction room.  Sue's confidence is infectious.  She did not want to know what price we wanted, although I am sure she knew all along, she focused on getting buyers for our unique property.  Working with Sue was encouraging, we were kept fully briefed after each open home and any follow-ups that Sue made.  It was easy to work with Sue and she communicated well with us, which we believe would be reflective of how Sue interacts with potential buyers who are the important part of the triangle.  We would recommend Sue to our friends as well.

Thank you for everything you did to make the sale successful and stressfree for me - It went beyond my expectations.  It was also a lovely surprise to receive your goodie box, which I shared with my daughter.  I would certainly recommend you to anyone I know who is looking to buy or sell.

Sue, through her professionalism and the understanding of our needs, enabled us to buy our house in February 2008.  Fast forward to November 2016, it was time for an upgrade so we contacted her again.  We were not disappointed with the trust we invested in her.  She was so accurate, honest and very helpful in helping us sell our house.  We would no go to anyone else!!

The Results are In - Who's the Fastest and Who's the Slowest?

You've got to move quickly in Invercargill if you want to buy a home.  Real estate in the southern-most city is among the fastest selling in the country, due to increased demand from first home buyers, real estate experts say. Of the 12 suburbs where houses spent the shortest time on the market last year, all but three had median property values of less than $500,000.  Invercargill dominated the list, with homes in four of the city's suburbs typically selling within 20 days or less.
