"Just wanted to thank you for making the sale of 53 Carrington Avenue so seamless and stressless. My only regret is that we haven't actually met you yet! But we will make sure to come over and do that before long. Anyway, thanks again for all your great work on our behalf. "

Our Reputation is Your Guarantee

Why Sue Hall? What others have to say:

Sue sold our house within two weeks of it being listed. She was highly competent and professional in everything that she did and I’d totally recommend her to anyone considering selling their property.

- L Amner

I am so glad I met Sue!  She is friendly, professional and is quick to respond to any query.  Sue has been awesome - She helped us to sell two properties and then helped us find our amazing home. Sue looks after her clients, whether they are buying or selling.  I highly recommend Sue Hall for all of your Real Estate needs.

- D Eastwood

Sue Hall was brought onboard to sell my family home after it had been listed unsuccessfully with another real estate company. Straight away Sue made me feel like this time I'd get a sale at the price that I wanted - Sue did not disappoint even putting me in touch with a trades person for a minor repair to the home.  Anyone wanting an honest, reliable and committed agent - Don't bother with other agencies that promise the earth and don't deliver - When you talked to the rest just go with the best - Sue Hall!  You rock thanks for everything!

- LA

Sue took over two of our properties from another agent who really wasn’t looking after our best interests and was clearly after a quick sale.  Sue advised us of a good selling price and we achieved the required price for both of our properties!  Sue provided excellent communication and advice throughout the entire process.  I highly recommend Sue and her knowledge of the Hamilton market!

- M Gibson

Thank you Sue for working with us in somewhat adverse circumstances. You gave us excellent advice and guidance, your professionalism and experience assured us a sale. I would recommend your services without hesitation. Many thanks.
