"Great company, great resources and great people. Sue has managed to sell our house within only the two month period we agreed upon. The sale became unconditional within seven days and Sue managed to keep our lovely tenant in place, as we had promised them. Great job! Thank you Sue and your team. "

Our Reputation is Your Guarantee

Why Sue Hall? What others have to say:

I highly recommend Sue!  Right from the start of my journey to find my new home, she was helpful, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for her.  If you want an agent who really listens to your requirements, make sure you contact Sue!

- K Sumner

Sue was willing to connect with us and followed up any request we had promptly (Whether by text or email).  She was not pushy but available.  After we missed the Open Home, Sue returned and let us view the property, which was very helpful. We're only sorry that she wasn't able to be with us at the auction itself.

- V Riches

Sue has been superb to deal with throughout the entire buying and selling process. She skillfully negotiated a purchase on our behalf with reluctant sellers and then guided us through the process of selling our home, resulting in a sale well above our expectations both in terms of expediency and return. Sue has continued to assist and advise us while we are waiting to get into the new house and her vast experience in this area has saved us countless hours research. We cannot recommend Sue highly enough and we will be seeking her out for all of our real estate needs in the future.

- J Lobb

Sue is the best! I purchased my first home with her and I have now sold it and bought another property with Sue. Each time she has guided me effortlessly through the process and understood clearly my property needs. Sue is professional and approachable and is in constant communication with you at all times.

- A Jansen-Leen

If you are buying or selling real estate, I highly recommend Sue Hall.  Sue has been at the top of her game for years winning multiple real estate awards, so not only will you get the best service, you will also get the best end result (As we have personally found from using Sue and her team on several occasions over the last 15 years).  The joy of using Sue, apart from her obvious professional expertise, is that she is real, straight up, honest and has a heart of gold.  So if you are looking to buy or sell, contact Sue and you will be as happy as we have been from our dealings with this amazing lady.
