My Reputation is Your Guarantee

Why Sue Hall? What others have to say:

The sale of our late parents’ home went seamlessly thanks to Sue’s outstanding service. Sue understood our needs, she took onboard our wish to sell to owner occupiers and she also minimised the disruption to our tenants. Sue also went the extra mile helping our tenants find a new rental property. The house was sold to a young couple within six weeks of it going on the market and the sale price aligned favourably with the appraisal.

We contacted Sue to view a property that she had listed.  She came to show us the property at very short notice and was extremely helpful.  Thanks Sue!

A great agent!  Sue was efficient, friendly, and a real professional!

We initially listed our house for sale with another Sales Consulant at a different Real Estate company.  After three months and no result, we decided to list our home for sale with Sue - She got results!  Sue sold our property after only four days of advertising it (The photos were brilliant).  She had a signed offer, at asking price, within the first Open Home that she held.  The process with Sue was stressfree and meant no more bridging finance ... Yippee!  Thank you Sue and your great team.  Much appreciated!

From a tenants perspective:

Sue was engaged to sell the house that I was renting. I have been moved out of rentals that have been sold more than once before - No one likes moving! Sue and her team were so amazing. They were extremely respectful of my family when showing clients through my home. She always gave me the appropriate notice and worked  around fitting the time in with myself and my family. I remember feeling awkward with people coming through my home and then being comforted by Sue with her understanding of my situation.  Sue works with heart and went the extra mile for our family. She supported our applications for tenancy and in the end, it was her referral that got us a new home to rent. No other real estate agent had ever done that for me before. We are really grateful to Sue. I would certainly buy or sell a home through her. I have nothing but the highest of praise for your work Sue. Thank you for your kindness and integrity.

KiwiBuild Revisited

Housing Minister Megan Woods has announced a reset of the KiwiBuild scheme. The target to construct 100,000 KiwiBuild homes in 10 years has been dropped. "We will be dropping the target of 100,000 houses over 10 years. It was overly ambitious and led to contracts being signed in places where there was little first home buyer demand", Woods said.
