We are very pleased to recommend Sue Hall. The teamwork was evident in arranging and informing us of planned Open Homes and the presentation of our home for sale by listing on their website complete with beautifully presentation video of the house and grounds. Sue was always helpful, efficient and informative throughout the sale process. Nothing was too much trouble.

- Lynette & Kevin Findsen

"Sue and her team provided highly professional and engaging marketing of our property right through to its sale.  Selling a home can be a tense and stressful experience and having Sue take the reins alleviated those stresses immensely, with her experience of the Hamilton property market and optimised home selling activities shining through.  We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sue to anyone considering selling their property."

Sue's service is is impressive, first in showing me around houses (and Hamilton), and then in her after sales service. She was well informed, and knew how to fit what I needed with what she had available. She seemed to know just the right amount of information to pass on, and when it was time for me just to soak in and absorb the feel of a place, without her input. Sue is open and clear, making it easier for me to tell her exactly what I was looking for…and what not. Since my purchase (of my fabulous new place) she has gone way above her duties as a real estate agent, and recommended some excellent trades people to me. Both Sue and Vicki were enormously supportive in the days leading up to the settlement of this property, with me coming from out of town, this entailed more than I had expected – they were always happy to help out.

Sue and Vicki gave me a generous welcome to Hamilton, and I recommend them without hesitation!

KiwiBuild Revisited

Housing Minister Megan Woods has announced a reset of the KiwiBuild scheme. The target to construct 100,000 KiwiBuild homes in 10 years has been dropped. "We will be dropping the target of 100,000 houses over 10 years. It was overly ambitious and led to contracts being signed in places where there was little first home buyer demand", Woods said.
