My Reputation is Your Guarantee

Why Sue Hall? What others have to say:

Sue helped me hugely with the sale of my property. Not only is she professional, friendly and hardworking, she goes the extra mile ensuring all the little extras are completed. I live in Tauranga and never met Sue in person, but there were numerous phone calls over the period that my house was on the market. She kept me up to date (by phone, not reports) about the open homes and any appointments she had with prospective buyers. My situation was very stressful, I had to sell this property due to financial reasons and Sue always remained positive and reassuring that things would work out. She always returned my calls. I will certainly be calling on Sue next time I sell property in the Hamilton area.

Sue Hall is our real estate agent. We have used her twice and both times she worked extremely hard to secure the best financial outcome for us as buyers. Sue is the best at what she does in Hamilton. I would recommend her to anyone. Thanks for all your hard work and no doubt we will be in touch again. You are a honest real estate agent and I appreciate it. I will use you for every house sale or purchase and would recommended you to anyone—actually we do recommend you to everyone!!

Selling a home can be a very stressful time. Finding an agent in whom you can place your trust, who will genuinely listen to your needs, and who you can be confident is working in your best interests might seem like an impossible task. Sue Hall of Harcourts proved to be all of those and more. From the very first time we met through to the successful sale of our home Sue was professional, thoughtful, and kept in regular contact. She never placed us under any pressure and always understood our concerns and feelings. I can recommend Sue without hesitation and believe her to be an honest, hard-working, reliable residential real estate agent who will make selling your house a more rewarding experience.

Sue Hall has been a great agent in our recent sale and she worked hard to get the deal finalised. Even with the issues that caused some delay, she worked hard to keep the deal alive and to also keep everyone informed.  Thanks for your hard work and persistence Sue!

KiwiBuild Revisited

Housing Minister Megan Woods has announced a reset of the KiwiBuild scheme. The target to construct 100,000 KiwiBuild homes in 10 years has been dropped. "We will be dropping the target of 100,000 houses over 10 years. It was overly ambitious and led to contracts being signed in places where there was little first home buyer demand", Woods said.
