Our Reputation is Your Guarantee

Why Sue Hall? What others have to say:

Sue and Vicki have exceeded my expectation. My property was sold more than the asking price. What I like about them is no flowery words and no beating around the bush,  they are just straight forward.  I like the updates sent weekly and the transparency during the time my property is in the market. I highly recommend Sue and her team, they are professional, relax and easy to deal with. Selling property becomes less stressful and simple. Thumbs up ladies.

Sue Hall has helped my husband and I achieve the dream of owning our first home!!!
From day one, Sue Hall has always gone out of her way to help us get there. I had rung her about the properties we were interested in looking at. Since we are based in Auckland, we were hoping to see as many houses as possible. Sue made this so easy for us to do. She arranged close to 20 houses for us to see in one meeting. Even though she had other commitments that day she made sure we saw all the houses on our list that was possible to see.  We really appreciated this.
As this is our first time buying a house, we didn’t know where to start. Sue really made what seemed like a daunting task much easier on us, as she was always there to support us in whatever we needed. She always managed to answer my calls, emails and texts. This really impressed me.
Sue is always professional and efficient in her dealings with us, but it’s her friendly, approachable and helpful nature makes her an exceptional agent to deal with.
Her honesty, integrity and attention to detail is greatly appreciated by me. Her “can do attitude” along with her sense of urgency is remarkable. Her passion to help her clients is exemplary.
Many, many thanks for the outstanding support and service Sue has provided to me during buying our first home.
The calibre of her work is exceptional and I would definitively and happily recommend Sue to anyone who wants an exceptional agent to work with.

My Husband and I decided to sell our house, so we invited several real estate agents around to give us an appraisal. We were very impressed with Sue Hall  so we decided to give her the listing. We are very pleased to say that Sue Hall sold our house within a month of listing it. We found Sue to be very professional and her helpful guidance in negotiating  our sale with a very pleasing outcome. We would have no hesitation in recommending Sue Hall to anyone out there wishing to purchase or sell their house, Sue is a top agent.
