This home will tick all your boxes and melt your heart! Our owners have put their heart and soul into the renovation of this fabulous French style home, ensuring you can move in and enjoy as it's all brand new. From the moment you step inside the entrance way, you can feel the quality of this renovation, the modern choice of floor coverings and the black / white paint finish gives it a super modern feel which is complemented by a well designed white, glossy kitchen with quality appliances (A rangehood is being installed too). The open plan living, complete with 55" flat screen TV, is spacious and opens seamlessly to the fenced, sunny and private outdoor area where there is ample room to relax and enjoy those long summer evenings. The section has been well planted and will look magic once they gain some growth. With four bedrooms or perhaps three and an office, there is ample room for the entire family. The bathroom is well appointed plus there is a separate toilet and a separate laundry and a single internal access garage. It really seems this home just goes on and on with the space it offers. Hamilton East is a popular location with cafes and restaurants nearby, the Hamilton Gardens and lovely river walks plus you are in zone for some of Hamilton's top schools. Give me a call today to make this house your home!

The Doors are Reopening!
