"Just wanted to thank you for making the sale of 53 Carrington Avenue so seamless and stressless. My only regret is that we haven't actually met you yet! But we will make sure to come over and do that before long. Anyway, thanks again for all your great work on our behalf. "

The Vision of Te Awa Lakes

30th May 18

I first reported back in October 2017 that the Perry Group had big plans for a disused Te Rapa quarry site under the project name of "Te Awa Lakes".

The plan has not yet been given the official go ahead as the area needs to be rezoned and approval given by the Hamilton City Council for the area to be used in accordance with the Te Awa Lakes project plan.  Nevertheless, interest in the development continues to grow.  A large volume of enquiry is already being fielded in regard to people wanting to build houses, run businesses or have some involvement with the proposed adventure park.

Should it go ahead, the adventure park is going to be a huge drawcard and income revenue for Hamilton as there is nothing else like it in New Zealand!

The Perry Group has put together an animated, first look at their vision for Te Awa Lakes .... If this is the future of development in Hamilton, we are all in store for some exciting changes!

The Doors are Reopening!

After a year and a half of waiting, the Hamilton City Council has announced a date for the reopening of the Central City Library. Back in December 2016, there were serious concerns raised around the safety of the Library building, should Hamilton experience any seismic activity. The issues that were discovered called for the immediate close of the building until repairs could be carried out.
