Real Estate market collapsing???

13th May 16

I've been in the Real Estate industry for nearly two decades, I have seen and experienced a lot of changes within that time.  Every now and again, whispers are heard suggesting that the Real Estate market is collapsing.  In my opinion, the Real Estate market has never been as buoyant!  Take a look at some of the properties I was marketing back in 1999.  The marketing price today would be more than double what it was back then! Remember these prices are an indication only of where they could be marketed today, however given the market competition and the right marketing plan , they could and probably would well exceed this value...that's why our marketing methods have changed ...
