"Great company, great resources and great people. Sue has managed to sell our house within only the two month period we agreed upon. The sale became unconditional within seven days and Sue managed to keep our lovely tenant in place, as we had promised them. Great job! Thank you Sue and your team. "

First Stage of Tristram Precinct

22nd Aug 19

In just over a week, the first stage of the new "Tristram Precinct" will celebrate it's launch by opening the doors of a brand new, central city Kmart store. Next Thursday, the 29th of August, signals the opening and it is set to be celebrated with entertainment and giveaways.

The sprawling 5,400m2 store is located right where the former Hamilton Central Shopping Centre food court was, between Bryce and Ward Streets.  Earlier this year, Kmart temporarily closed its doors to allow developer Stark Property to build a new commercial building on the block.

The developer purchased the Hamilton Central Shopping Centre in 2016 and are also building a 14,000m2 commercial building over three levels with 250 carparks. The area will be rebranded the ‘Tristram Precinct’ and is expected to be completed in 2020.

Waikato Regional Council will be the largest tenant when it relocates 500+ workers from their Hamilton East headquarters which recently sold to Wise Group for $5.8 million.

For more information about Tristram Precinct, visit Stark Property.
