"My reputation is your guarantee"
" The best team in Waikato! We were so fortunate to have found Sue and Donna when we moved to Hamilton. They helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. Throughout the past several months, Sue and Donna have been there every step of the way. They always answered every call or email no matter..."
- Y Sawaie & M Thainat"Just wanted to thank you for making the sale of 53 Carrington Avenue so seamless and stressless. My only regret is that we haven't actually met you yet! But we will make sure to come over and do that before long. Anyway, thanks again for all your great work on our behalf. "
- Trevor & PaulineFine Homes Tour 2019
In 2003, Christine Couch and Jane Hargood enjoyed an Auckland Fine Homes Tour and discussed the possibility of staging one in Hamilton. That was the beginning of what has become a hugely successful day for Hamilton – Both socially and financially.
There was scarcely a man to be found on the first tour, however 16 years later the event is just as popular with males as it is females. Many are partners of women on the tour, but increasingly architects, interior designers and others in the industry are also participating.
The Hamilton Fine Homes Tour is a wonderful, relaxing day out for those interested in Interior Design. It is an opportunity for Tour participants to appreciate fantastic and varied interior design concepts in the company of friends, whilst also supporting worthwhile charities. For many, this is their one and only chance to ‘peek’ inside homes that they may have driven or walked passed and wondered if the interior was as inspiring as the exterior.
The Tour encompasses a range of architectural and interior design styles, as well as new and renovated homes and each of the homes on the Tour has been selected for its distinctiveness and ability to capture people’s interest.
The Fine Homes Tour committee has always been made up of like-minded women who give of their time and energy willingly, to benefit worthy charities within the Waikato. The committee endeavours to keep running costs to a minimum through the support of generous sponsors (Of which Lodge Real Estate is the primary sponsor), Lodge Real Estate sales consultants and the use of volunteers, which results in more money being able to be donated to the the charities.
The 2019 Fine Homes Tour will benefit the Child Cancer Foundation, the Stroke Foundation and Look Good Feel Better.
This year's Fine Home Tour will take place on Friday the 8th of November 2019, starting at 9.30am and winding up at 3.30pm
