Fast-track Housing Area Policy Passed

A simplified policy regarding "fast-track" housing areas around Hamilton has got the green light from the Hamilton City Council.

It's good news for the developers, who wanted a more lenient policy, but some councillors are discouraged as conditions around affordability and encouraging social housing have been dropped.
