"My reputation is your guarantee"

"Great company, great resources and great people. Sue has managed to sell our house within only the two month period we agreed upon. The sale became unconditional within seven days and Sue managed to keep our lovely tenant in place, as we had promised them. Great job! Thank you Sue and your team. "

"Just wanted to thank you for making the sale of 53 Carrington Avenue so seamless and stressless. My only regret is that we haven't actually met you yet! But we will make sure to come over and do that before long. Anyway, thanks again for all your great work on our behalf. "

Aquatic Adventure Park for Hamilton?

27th Sep 17

The Hamilton City Council will meet this Thursday and vote on whether Perry Group's proposed Te Awa Lakes development will pass it's first hurdle.

The development is expected to create a gateway to the city at the northernmost entry point of the expressway and will utilise 62 hectares of land that was once a sand quarry.

The proposed plan includes an Aquatic Adventure Park with visitor accommodation, food tourism / Waikato agri-tourism, a retail and business zone, a river front reserve and 850 new houses.  Perry Group aim to keep these homes affordable and are planning on a mix of single dwellings as well as duplexes and apartments.  To aid with affordable housing, they are keeping a close eye on the Council's Special Area Housing policy.
